Sprinkle just a little arm and hammer baking soda on your toothpaste everymorning :) Also floss before bed and every morning.

Crest whitening strips. There's a 2 hr one. I live by these! Lol. I need to touch up soon though.

I dip my toothpaste in baking soda and brush,Gurgle and swish with hydrogen peroxide. I do this for a couple days and don't have to touch up for at least 4-5 weeks. Much cheaper than store strips.

Results are quicker I believe, I've tried strips vs baking soda and it really is noticeable
