Is there any way I can highlight my face without a highlighter? Like anything I could substitute it with because I don't have any of that powder..

You can use a champaygne or white coloured eye shadow for tht :)

=] I use a matte white eyeshadow when I do mine, I bought an actual highlighting powder but its too shimmery for my liking

Ill just use a shimmer eyeshadow and blend it out really well for a soft subtle highlight.
