I am having a couple of really painful pimples out of nowhere! Anything that will help them not hurt and go away fast? :(

Don't touch them, and try a nice salicylic or some acidic agent to dry them out with spot treatment. I know what you mean I have a couple randomly too, they suck. Good luck :D.

Dot some toothpaste on them. It acts similarly to a salicylic acid treatment and dries out the pimple.

-.- uhh girl well I know how you feel. they can get soo annoying... I would suggest getting an ice cube & massage the pimple. It somewhat helps by numbing it (: takes away the swelling, and minimizes the bump... try it^.^

I agree with Becky! I've it down, and put some salicylic acid on it(: also, mixing come water and baking soda into a paste and rubbing it on the pimple helped minimize it for me(:
