Use a light lipstick and only use a little eye makeup and only use that on the top.

Use a foundation with a "natural finish" and highlight with a liquid or cream. if you are oily set with a light setting powder like nars or makeup forever

There are many tricks. You can mix a moisturizer that has a dewy finish into your foundation or Mix a little bit if a liquid highlighter into your foundation. Go for a cream blush rather than power.
