Target in the Us carries Boots. They carry a great range including e.l.f, all the drug store brands and their own Sanya Kashuk (sp?) which has lots of nice neutrals and pretty decent brushes.

What country are you in? If in London, then both Harrods and harvey nichols beauty halls are amazing as well as the ample sized while floor in self ridges. Any country senhora would be good as well as leading department stores. You have to use a mixture of brands for different things you find will suit you. My personal favourites are bobbi brown, mac, Lancôme, Estée Lauder, bare minerals and clarins xxxxx
