How should I do my nails?

I know I want to do a French manicure and use Essie's Penny Talk. However, I cannot decide if I want Penny Talk on my fingers or on my toes. Which ever one I don't paint that color I will do a French.

Yea I was considering light pink because it looks so nice with everything. The only thing is I have been wearing pink gel on my finger nails all year because my school prohibits nail polish with color. So, I am kinda sick of pink haha
