I learned it from Liz (iheartmakeup92 on YouTube) and this is her picture , it's just some brown shadow in the crease , winged liner , and a color under the lash line! You could change it up depending on your eye color to make then pop (:

Do a summer look with bright colors instead of neutrals and smokey eyes. Also you can experiment with different colored eyeliners such as: blue, purple, sparkly, ect.

Try putting a neutral color all over the lid and a color on the outer corner! That's the best way to use colors on me!
