You can go to a sephora or any other cosmetics center and they will tell you :)

If you go onto YouTube and go to Melmphs channel she has a video about knowing you skinniness and it shows you different ways you can find out at home!

Look closely at your skin and see if you have more of a yellow or pink undertone. If you are unsure you can go to a professional makeup counter and I'm sure they will tell you:)
