I highly recommend you to get the Stila All Day Waterproof liquid eyeliner Pen it's 20$ at Sephora if you use eyeliner. If you don't want to spend 20$ then I suggest getting the Loreal extra Intense Liquid Pencil eyeliner at Target or Walmart it is a great drugstore pencil eyeliner!(:

Cover girl is a good brand that's cheap and good quality especially for beginners. Experiment with Elf too. Most of their products are from $1 to $4 which is totally doable for trying things out :)
