Have you tried Sally Hanson diamond nail strengthener? Otherwise I take "hair, skin and nail" multi vitamins too :)

Hi, I'm a cosmetologist! There is a nail brightening diy floating around on pinterest, I think its either hydrogen peroxide or baking soda- google it.
Also- use a clear base coat before applying a colored polish and that will stop it from staining your nail. If they are currently stained from one color, painting them the opposite color on the color wheel can help cancel the other color out if the nail brightening diy isnt working.
The change in your nails could also be caused by a medical condition, so make sure to mention it to your doctor next time you see them if the problem persists.
