I've never had a problem with the 3d art coming off, but I guess it depends on if its done with acrylic or just a cute deco that is glued on.

If you get 3d nail art with acrylic, it stays on for really long and will only come off the nail if soaked in nail varnish remover for a long time

I've had both. The acrylic doesn't come off until you get it removed. I suppose you could do it yourself but its probably a lot harder. The other ones should stay just as well if they're applied properly. They use nail glue, and we all know how that goes haha.
