I always use normal shampoo like fructis garnier and it works for me. What I do is that as soon as I'm done with the pool I go and take a shower, get my hair really wet and shampoo it. Massage your hair several minutes and rinse. Shampoo again if you want and then use conditioner, leave it on while you clean the rest of your body. When you are done comb your hair and rinse.

My favorite hydrating shampoo and conditioner is biolage hydrotherapy it works wonders and dry or damaged hair. and if you need it to be more powerful than even that... in a warm shower put a shower cap (or just plastic grocery bag) over your hair wih the conditioner in it and let it soak for about 10 to 15 minutes. Its just like getting a deep conditioning treament at the salon.

I got ultra swim shampoo at cvs which is made to get the chlorine out. I read that regular shampoos don't have a certain ingredient in them that will remove the chlorine, and unless it is washed out properly is will continue to damage your hair. It's pretty cheap but definitely get something.

I reccommend using the maroccanoil products. It moisturizes and conditions while not making your hair look greasy. And they arent tested on animals!
