I've tried the Sally Hansen, OPI and Barielle nail hardeners and the best by far is Sally Hansen. I also use almond oil on my nails to moisturize my hands and cuticles and I use an acetone-free polish remover.

Oh and I also take prenatal vitamins just to help my hair and nails grow.

I use hair skin and nail vitamins from swisse and I've already realised a difference and its been a bit over a week.

Opi natural strengthener, makes a great base and top coat too.

Brittany, you can put it in a clear topcoat or rub it on your nails. A lot of nail strengtheners use garlic already(:
