I think you should try and bold blue blazer and some nice gold dangling earrings and some black leggings or black pants/jeans would be super cute with maybe a striped shirt long or short or long sleeve with some sandals or heels :)

From the picture it looks like you have young children. So you probably don't get to spend much time on yourself. But I definitely agree with other girls about getting some casual blazers. You can wear them with button ups or t-shirts. Throw a scarf over it. Roll up the sleeves. They look great with shorts, skirts and dress pants. And investing in a couple pairs of dressy flats. And you are incredibly lovely. Don't forget to make time for yourself even though you're a mommy.

I don't know how you feel about short hair but you should consider a bob hair cut! Or a little longer than a bob.
Or if you don't want any drastic chances you should just add a little high light to you hair. ☺ Like a dark autumn color.
Or you could curl your hair which would be cute as well. 😊
As for fashion, try to add a few accessories! Cute necklace, rings, etc.

You are so pretty I would say a lovely red dress not overly bright but it would look so lovely on you. I think more structured shirts and blazers. I think your hair is lovely and really suits you. Florals would look so pretty on you and bright colours. Be confident :)
