I would say neutral/earthy colors if you want eyeshadow, some mascara, foundation, concealer, and some blush. I wouldnt do too much more than that but maybe eyline if you are comfortable with it.

Put some pencil eyeliner on the top of your eyes half way and it will make them look really full and cute :)
