Hey everyone! So... I've never worn lipstick before and I really want to! I want a red colour that doesn't smudge easily and something not too expensive... $15 maximum. Any suggestions?

Try revlon lip butter! There's good colors to choose from and they're kind of sheer, good for someone starting out with lipstick.
