Perfect Eyeliner With Pencil Liner?

I need help I want a thin line on the top but mine are always thick and I don't like using liquid or gel liner I only use pencil! Any tips to make it thin?

Using a Qtip with a lil' eyemakeup remover on it to make the line thinner works for me, I also clean it up with that if I make a mistake in my eyeliner.

This is extremely hard because I can almost gaurentee it'll smudge throughout the day. if you think its too hard to draw a line try liquid liner pen!

Ok thank you so much. Serena I will try it again I have only used liquid once but I didn't like it. I guess ill just have to get used to it.

Take the outer corner of your eye and pull it towards your ear. then raise your eyebrow and apply.
