Graduation make-up to go with a baby blue maxi dress?

For my high school graduation, I'm wearing a baby blue maxi dress (http://www.coast-stores.com/michegan-maxi-dress/dresses/coast/fcp-product/2213147716). I have pale combination/oily skin, long & straight dark brown hair and brown eyes. I'm wearing silver jewellery. What make-up look AND nail polish would you recommend? Also, please suggest me some specific products if you can. Thank you! :)

A sparkly silver nail polish would look nice. Silver eyeshadow and nude lip gloss/lipstick for the makeup. :)

Also, maybe blend some light blue eyeshadow.

I would try a light blue smokey look with a colour matching your dress. And for the lips rosewood and silver nail polish :)
