Help! I have lots of issues with my legs so wondering if you can help with any if them??
1. They are really pale...
2. My knee is weak and aches...
3. My calf muscle always locks and hurts. A lot more painful than cramp...
So if you have any help then it would be much appreciated :)

For the pale use Jergens natural glow in medium-deep. You'll get really tan! (:
& maybe stretch? or go to physical therapy maybe thats what happened to my cousin.

I used to get bad cramps in my calves too! I guess it's because of potassium deficiency so just eat more bananas 😄

I took a sports medicine class and it sounds like there could be something wrong with your meniscus, ligaments or maybe both. You should probably talk to your doctor because it won't get better on its own if that's what it is.

@Sharon. I use the natural glow for my legs as well and it looks amazing!
