Use blue or make purple foodcoloring and put it into your conditioner.

I just keep a tub of directions violet hair dye and mix about a teaspoon in with a cheap white conditioner and leave it on for half an hour. it can leave purple tones if you put too much in though so only pop a tiny amount of violet in - I just find this a cheaper and more effective solution to toning shampoo :) xx
