I have the same problem with the palm of my hands! the second someone touches my hand it gets all sweaty... so embarrasing.

I had a mild case of this and I used this antiperspirant foot powder on my hands. I know it sounds weird but even baking soda. just a little on your hands to absorb the moisture.

My cousin had this in her underarms, I don't know if it would help you (but I don't see why not) - she actually had Botox injected to close the glands! It does mean some of the sweating is directed a bit elsewhere (in her case it was her hands) but she says it's nothing like it was before and it really helped her. Good luck x
