Is it alright if I blow dry my hair with cool setting? Will it still damage my hair?

Cool setting works, it takes a lot longer but your hair will be more shiny and the shaft will stay sealed, I'm not sure if it will damage it or not, but you could always still use a protecting spray.

It won't damage it but it will definitely take forever lol. The cool setting is to make the hair shiny and smooth after you have blow dried with heat.
