Add just a lil water to your baking soda so it will becomes a paste Not a liquid!! if its liquid it is watery and won't exfoliate! Then apply to skin and let it sit until it dries out and kind of hardens it will feel like a mask. After that rinse thoroughly. Hope this helps :)
