For earrings do a simple diamond stud and depending on the time of day...for night do smokey eye and nude lip and morning/afternoon black winged eyeliner and pink lipstick ) do makeup

If the stripes are blue (they look like that to me) go nautical, skinny white or red jeans or shorts. dark blue would work to.
