I'm 17 as of right this moment. I'm now beginning to get into makeup. I have used / currently using:
- The Rocket Volume Mascara
- Great Lashes Mascara
- Blackheart Eyeliner
- Eye Shadow Pallete from Puerto Rico.
- Babylips
- some random lip glosses from Bath & Body works
I'm now shopping at Sephora more often. Target. Rite Aid. and basically any other store that sells affordable prices of cosmetics.
I would like to know what can I add, what I need, most important, and where I can get them.

Get some, Cover girl has some good stuff as well as Loreal. Try to find a shade that suits you and with concealer go a shade lighter. Make sure they are oil free

Honestly, if you have good skin you don't really need the foundation. And because its summer time I recommend getting a BB cream or tinted moisturizer as its going to be lighter on your face opposed to foundation.
If you're looking to get into eyeshadow Coastal Scents and BH Cosmetics have wonderfully pigmented palettes that are cheap. Makeup brushes are a must, and good ones help a lot. Brand name ones that are good are MAC and Sigma, Sigma being cheaper. More affordable are Real Technique brushes, they are supposed to be affordable but good.
Primers are good also for helping your makeup stay on. Hard Candy has good primers, Urban Decay and Tarte as my favorite eye primers, hourglass my favorite face, and MAC for my lips.

Oh, and Maybelline, Smashbox, and Garnier have good BB creams. Two can be found at Walmart, the other at Ulta and Sephora. The primers you can find at Ulta, except the Hard Candy one is at Walmart.
Coastal Scents, BH Cosmetics, and Sigma are all online brands.

Don't get foundation. honestly its going to be bad for your skin in the long run. use a very lightweight tinted moisturizer and a bit of concealer on problem spots. just don't use foundation.

If your just starting out try a foundation like loreal true match! You can go wrong try apply it with a beauty blender (there are so many dupes if you don't want to buy the propper one) and try the Sonia kashuk concealer pallet this is around $10 but you get 3 concealers and a setting powder the loreal is around $7/8 and both of them are available at target once your collection has progressed a bit maybe try a mac foundation they will help you find the best one for your shade ad skin type! Another thing you could try is the urban decay naked basics pallet it's so simple and you can't go wrong with it! Great for starting off! Hope this helped x

Eco tools eye brushes are really affordable and nice. They blend and contour very well , also the Elf "eyes lips and face" pallet is AMAZING 10 bucks on amazon 144 colors. Some are matte, some pearly, some glittery. A great starter kit :)

Definitely get one of the naked palettes. I use mine all the time! Plus if you put in naked palette, there are tons of Tutorials. That way you can learn different ways to apply the shadow.

I wouldnt buy expensive stuff like he naked palette. seriouslu, its like $50. they're are plenty of reasonably priced eye palettes that are similar to the naked palettes. try icings eyeshadow palettes, and elf has pretty good, reasonably priced makeup.
