Touché Éclat by YSL. Pricey yes but definitely a make up must have! Plus to can use it as a highlighter (brow bone, Cupid's bow etc) too.

Garnier eye roller and touché éclat are not full coverage concealers. They help brighten the area. You need a heavy duty concealer. Try MAC pro longwear. It's full coverage and long lasting.

Go to makeup counter and try on the Lancome Effacernes. That concealer is designed for Indian eye dark circle and it's one of my favourite because it's also waterproof so you don;t have to worry it will go off middle of the day :) Good luck.
