Regular hair shampoo works great! I'll even use my body wash (equates mild exfoliating)

I don't know if this is the right thing to do but I normally use shampoo and occasionally conditioner just if I want a particular brush to be insanely soft! I've heard people use washing up liquid mixed with some kind of oil but I have never got round to trying it! x

I know there's specific products to clean brushes but I also use shampoo or conditioner..but my brushes are not high end or anything so..I don't know if it matters.

Baby shampoo works great for me and sometimes I mix a little bit of my face wash which is the original formula of clearasil!

Baby shampoo didn't really clean my brushes thoroughly.. so I use dawn mixed with a little conditioner.

Any anti-bacterial soap and olive oil! Seriously works amazing! Best thing I have used (even better then the expensive mac stuff or professional brush cleaner!!)
