I had that problem before then I realized the sulfate in my shampoo was the cause so now I use sulfate fee shampoo :-) one n only product but have notice I believe L'oreal has a sulfate free shampoo now.

Dandruff shampoo. Or try witch hazel from the drugstore. My mom owns a salon and I worked there for 15 years. Witch hazel is great for itchy, flakey scalp!

Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo is wonderful. I live in a really dry climate (Reno, Nv. Desert!) and not only does it help with dandruff, it hydrates amazingly!

T/gel by nuetrogena works but the smell is somewhat offensive... I only use it when necessary.
