I don't know how to make one. But there's a really good one at Victoria's Secret that you could probably order online. It's 15 for a pretty big bottle and it works amazingly!

Buy long lasting moisturizer, crush up any bronzer you have (preferably a bronzer with shimmer) and mix the two together :)
