Hi dolls, I've made a simple & easy mask that you can do at home.:) You will need 2 ingredients:
- Half a slice of fresh ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp of organic raw honey
You really want the paste to be smooth so if you have a food processor it'll do the work for you. Blend until smooth & creamy.( if you don't have it, mash it with a fork) Apply to clean face for 15mins.
After 15mins have passed by, massage the paste into your skin in circular motions for an additional 5mins. Rinse with warm water & pat your face dry. Do this mask once a week if your skin is dry & patchy. I have oily skin but I also do this mask because naturally moisturizing your skin will slow the process of pre-mature aging & wrinkles will be less noticeable.
Warning: if you have really sensitive skin, the avocado might sting a little.
If I have extra of the avocado mask, I massage it into my hair. I leave the paste in for an hour & then rinse with warm water & apply conditioner to it. It'll make your hair really shiny & strong. I do this method about once a month. Hope you guys love it just as much as I do!

Does this work on eczema?

Kristina, it will sooth the skin & moisturize it but I don't think it will do much for eczema:(
