I like to use an old toothbrush and just brush my lips and then apply some sort of lip balm or gloss, it really works for me :) also try drinking more water as sometimes dry lips can mean dehydration ( I went to see my doctor about this ) hope this helps :)

My lips were really dry too and all cracked. I used Carmex in the cherry flavour and voila- they're so soft and smooth! If you haven't already tried it, I would recommend using it. :)

Do not use any type of Nivea!... I used that once & my lips blew up like will smith in hitch! I only use the strawberry, cherry, or pomegranate flavor carmexs'. They work amazing.

Put a lot and when I say a lot I mean almost empty it then leave it for a about an hour or 30 minutes then get a wet rag the roughest you can find and scrub all the dead skin off then coat it with Chapstick for the day and try to find lip glosses or sticks with moisturizing renewal in it and higher than SPF 5.

Well if you have allergies and eczema you can't use something just because it works on someone else. you need to use specific products, it's better to ask your dermatologist or a pharmacist at least.

Right after shower... Buff your lips with your towel. Then put on lip balm right away.
