Dollar tree has nice colors but you'll find yourself redoing your nails often. Walmart has NYC quick dry for 93cents w/ great colors. Again, you'll find yourself redoing your nails a few days later. Sally's xtreme is my favorite, they're usually like 3$+. I like some ICE, which I think is 1-2$, don't remember

Walmart has rimmel london quick dry polishes for $1.50. They work really well for me. Also sinful colors are cheap with great color choices.
