I don't really know how to prevent bleeding but I do know that you should wash colours like that with cold water. maybe try googling the bleeding thing?

Try buying color safe or protective hair products shampoo and conditioner.

The bleeding only would have happened when you initionally colored your hair once you washed out the blue when it processed it should be fine
