Do y'all think the Revlon Colorstay combo/oily and normal/dry can be used either way?
For example , I have normal skin but I use the Garnier bb cream for combo/oily skin..

Yes. If you want a super Matte finish, then I would go with the combo/oily whether you have oily or dry skin. The makeup has ingredients in it to make it more matte than the dry skin formula.
