My style has always been white/black shirt with shorts or jeans n Jordan's. I'm 18 now turning 19 soon. I want to start wearing make up, dressing up more girly n experimenting with my hair. My nails n eyebrows have always been a MUST to keep up with. Any tips, suggestions?

Coastal Scents has a 252 palette if you want to play with colors but still have colors you can easily wear during the day. Hard Candy has good liquid eyeliner and maybelline has good gel. L'Oreal has good mascara, voluminous is my favorite. Milani has good blush and Real Technique brushes are supposed to be good. NYX has good eyeshadows, bases, apparently bronzers...I use their jumbo eye pencils for bases, Hard Candy ha a good cheap eye primer. I'm naming off all drug store stuff as brand name is great, but I think it's good to get your feet wet before jumping in the pool.
