Try a makeup pad and put yellow and pink on it and dab it on your finger.

For ombré nails, get an old makeup sponge and cut it roughly to the size of your nails. Put your chosen colours on it next to each other, remember to do the lighter colour first. You can slightly overlap the colours to blend it more. Then gently sponge it onto your nail, wait for it to dry, remove the excess from your finger then smooth with a top coat :)
