I've bitten my nails for as long as I can remember and I have recently stopped (FINALLY) but my nails are taking forever to grow and they look horrible but I can't file them because it would look weird. please reply!!

My nails were really brittle and flimsy when I tried growing them out. I got a formula calle Nail Magic and it conditions the nail and hardens it. If you use tht and file your nails it should help :)

It's online. It's about 8-9 pounds. It should be on ebay or amazon but a simple google search would get it up :)

Make sure your cuticles are hydrated. Before bed put oil, vaseilne, cuticle oil, or regular lotion and rub it into the cuticles and leave it over night. Also try to wear gloves when doing dishes or something so the soap doesn't dry your nails out.

I had the same problem what helped me was a really thick cream. I dip my entire nail making sure it was under my nails as well and then just let it absorb. Good thick creams such as Nivea or eucerin.
