In this picture it looks fine but the angel honestly makes it hard to tell, sweetie. When asking questions on makeup you should really do a straight shot. Like this all that you can tell is that you have eyeliner on, but not even how clean or bold it is.

Also if you have any color (even nudes) added (be it eyes or lips) natural lighting is best.

Very true, Erin. If she just has eyeliner (and mascara is cool too), then a filter doesn't really affect it much, but it is always easiest to tell without a filter no matter what.

Brittany and Erin said it perfectly. It's hard to see not only because of the angle but also because of the filter. If you have eyshadow on try taking a shot where it's straight on and another with your eyes looking down. A filter can also affect how the eyeshadow looks if you have any on. I will say, this is a beautiful picture of you!
