I have crazy oily eyelids and Neutrogena's WATERPROOF Healthy Volume mascara still smudges on me. Suggestions?

I agree with Mary. I love cannonball. On the cheaper side there's a lot of good maybelline mascaras. I love the falsies and mega plush.
