You could always use lip products, a bolder lip would help distract from the eye swelling :)

Use a good foundation and a blusher. Keep it natural. Don't use too much lipstick, just a bit of lipgloss. Stick with 'natural beauty' until your eye is back to normal again. Using eye makeup on your swollen eye can cause irritation.
