Once, I washed my brush with a dish soap and it gave it a smell of a cow ranch. The smell stayed on my brush until now. If you have any other tips on how to wash a makeup brush, I'd like to hear.

This is what I do,jst make sure you put the coconut oil in the microwave for few sec.

Baby shampoo and olive oil, rinse until the water runs clear :)

I use my face wash because I know it's not going to hurt my skin and it seems to clean my brushes good.

Dish soap and vinegar, gets rid of all the gunk and they are super soft too.
