So I bought a 15 colour concealer palette to help with dark under eyes and I was wondering how I should apply it? like what brush I should use and if I should have it under or over my foundation?

The beauty blender sponge is great for that. It's shape is perfect for under eyes and the whole face at the other end. It's the best investment I have ever made and I have brushes of two makeup artist put together lol!

I usually use a clean fluffy blender brush and apply it over my foundation. Best advice would be to try a few different ways and see what suits you best.
