My hair used to be really long when I was younger and I want it back! It's medium length right now and I havent gotten it cut in a year. The ends are pretty dead. Some people say that when your ends are dead, you need to get a trim! But I've also heard that the key to growing out your hair is to not cut it! Whenever I get a trim, I feel like it just gets short and won't grow and that I go through the same process. I also use biotin. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Get a trim? Or leave it be?

To be honest, I'd rather have long damaged hair 😂 but it's not even that long yet!
