For anyone who's interested in this, you can get the stuff to do this really cheaply at craft stores, and it comes in a bunch of colors. It's called flock, and it's awesome. These manicures only look nice for a day or so, though. You can take showers with it, but it takes a while to dry again and can also be stained. It's a very easy way to get unique nails, though!
