Biotin, anti fall treatments - Nixon makes a good one, my mom was able to keep her hair going through chemo with this one. Maybe it's dead and needs a trim? Coconut oil helps moisturize

Is it out of one spot or all over? Vitamins are a good start...prenatal vitamins will kick start you and is absolutely epic for hair skin and nails. If vitamins don't help within 2 Weeks, go to a doctor. It might sound drastic, but, a doctor can tell you if its something minor or not. Good luck, darling!

If your hair is coming out more than usual see your doctor. he or she may want to order labwork to make sure nothing medically is going on.
