For redness you can use a green tinted primer and powder or foundation to help with uneven skin

For the green tinted primer Smashbox has a really good one and then I would just go for a good BB cream.

Makeup forever mat velvet. It has a full coverage and controls oil. Great for oily combo skin types. It's non-comedogenic which means it won't clog pores that would make you break.
