My skin is super red! And I hate it so much, I have tried all different products to try to even it out, they all don't work. I hate putting makeup over it because I know I'l end up messing up my skin more. I'm 13 and have a medium amount of breakouts, most are either due to the makeup or stress from some recent things but mostly everything on my face is good execpt the redness. Do you guys have any good toners for my face that are less than 20$?? Thanks!

You can try lush products, which really helped me, there are special products for oily skin but they are still gentle. Also you can try a BB cream as makeup, I would use Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream which contains no oils or other ingredients which clogg your pores. Hope this helped (;
