Doing someone's makeup for her 15 and she wants to incorporate blue and silver in her eyes and her dress is blue I advises it was overkill with the blue (unless she wants it a little more subtle) but she was stubborn and said that's what she wants and she wants it dramatic! Any ideas or looks or advice for me??!?!??
