Try a neutral eye and add brown in the crease. Blend that. Highlight the brown with a nice skin tone-ish color then at the bottom of your eye by the water line add a bright color yellow,orange,pink,green,purple,blue,mint, etc. for a pop of color. Then use a peachy or light pink blush to give your make up a glowing look. Try bright pink lips or a coral color those are in! Hope I helped!
