I think you look 19-20 :) wear something simple and classic like a coloured light weight blouse and a blazer with dark skinny jeans. Very chic and appropriate.

Watch out with jeans if its an interview I would not if your already hired and its a follow up meeting then skinny jeans are fine.I work in a spa as an esthetician too just look professional black is always good with a blouse I like the outfit emily posted just have your hair and makeup stylish not too heavy just clean cut they want to see you know the trends maybe like soft eye make but a bold lip color.

Black slacks.. Never Jeans. You want to look professional. Age appropriate its blazer, blouse like what Emily posted, but never Jeans. Or a plain black skirt, knee length. Of you look the professional part, the boss will take you more seriously...even if you just walked out of school.
